Mrs T's Blog (24.4.26)

This week we've finally seen the sun coming out and it's been brilliant to see our young people out and about enjoying the fresh air.
Classes have been making the most of this good weather and we've seen groups outside in Harrison's Hut, working with each other, taking turns, playing games and taking part in sensory stories.
We've also had a few of our parents visit the Pathways site and I've had some great feedback from both students and families. These include:
"The building looks like an office, but when you get inside its lovely."

“The staff were welcoming and kind."

And my favourite...
Alison, we really enjoyed the visit to Pathways. We will be really sad to say good bye to Roman Road but know that the same care and attention will be given to our child when they move on."

Just really nice comments and thank you to all families and students who have taken the time to mail me.
We have some key dates for this term around transition and other important events.
Parents Evening dates for our sites have been announced:
Thursday 21 st May for our Roman Road site.

Please make sure families and carers book in or let class teams or admin teams know if there is a problem.
That's it for me.
Next week, let's hope the sun keeps shining for the Bank Holiday
(Monday 4th May we will not be in school).
Enjoy the sun.
Stay safe
