Learning Centre Blog (13.2.26)
It's been a full week of events at the Learning Centre, with great opportunities for us all to get together!
Wednesday saw the opening of our very first Learning Centre Valentines restaurant where staff and students could book a table with their friends. The dining hall was fully decorated and looked amazing.

Students and staff dressed up for the occasion and were served by students and staff, our waiters looked especially smart!
It was a wonderful atmosphere, massive thanks to all involved.
Thursday saw the culmination of this term’s creative Arts curriculum, and we were treated to a parade of Chinese dragons. The whole Learning Centre came together for the parade and competition. Mr Barker and I had the unenviable task of judging, made even more challenging by the standard of absolutely every entry. We even had to given extra points on top of the maximum 20 points to two entries, dragons Dobby & Valentine, amazing effort from everyone, please look out for Miss Sheehy’s blog for a full report.
Here are some photos of the amazing dragons on parade.
Dragons
Have a great half term everyone and we look forward to seeing you all back on Tuesday 24th (please remember Monday the 23rd is a staff training day.)
Take care
Miss A
