New Bridge School now uses a secure communication service called Arbor. All communication will be sent via Arbor such as letters, messages, and information. All new parents and carers receive an activation email when their child starts.
All payments to school are made through Arbor. New Bridge School no longer accepts cash and cheque payments, making us a cash-free environment. Payments for meals, residentials, trips and holiday club etc. are all made through Arbor.
Arbor offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.
You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at New Bridge School, or children at another Arbor school, you can create one single account login for all your children regardless of which school they attend.
Making a payment is straightforward and Arbor holds a payment history for you to view later; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

How do you get started?
Once school has your email address, you will need to download the Arbor App, and we will send you an email with log in details. You will need to set a password you will remember and will be linked with the email you give to New Bridge School.
