Well Done to Aitch from New Bridge School
This week, I want to congratulate Aitch on his amazing fundraising efforts for the Down's Syndrome Association.
We heard about this incredible plan a while ago, and to see that amount of money raised is inspiring.
It really shows what can be done, and there is plenty that we have planned for fundraising across New Bridge too.
Here's what was said about Aitch's efforts:
BRIT award-winning rapper Aitch successfully completed his mission to climb Mount Kilimanjaro for the Down’s Syndrome Association, where he is an ambassador.
With initial aims to raise £70k, Aitch and his team surpassed this figure and have raised over £150k, with all proceeds going to the Down’s Syndrome Association.
It's a short piece from me this week, but I just wanted to highlight that there are people out there, whether they have connections to the SEND community or not, who really care.
We should recognise that where we can, so Aitch, New Bridge School is recognising it here!
