Exciting New Development Program for Teaching Assistants in the Autism Base

This week marks the beginning of an exciting 11-week development program for our dedicated Teaching Assistants in the Autism Base.

The program is designed to enhance key areas of professional growth, helping our team better support the students in their care.

Throughout the next few months, the focus will be on four key areas:

Personal and Professional Conduct
Knowledge and Understanding
Teaching and Learning
Working with Others

This development program promises to provide valuable insights and skills, strengthening our teaching assistants’ ability to make a lasting impact on the lives of students.

Each one of them has started this with enthusiasm, commitment and aspiration!
